10 days of surfing and 3 goes at windsurfing including the best British surf I've ever seen or ridden, and not a single pic to show for it. Too busy getting stuck in, and now I'm gutted I didn't capture it. Must try harder next time (to get the girlfriend to pick the camera up..)
The windsurfing was fairly desperate, but I did at least get to try out the Pocket 93 which I now know works a treat in shitty conditions. Sorted. Got wet at Bigbury, Marazion and Porthcurno but nothing much to shout about.
The surfing on the other hand was all time. Trudie had her best day ever picking up some unbroken waist high barrells at Sennon one day, perfect for learning and I surfed some pretty amazing days at Watergate and Fistral. Double overhead barrelling A frames with clear skies and a setting sun at Fistral on Jan3, doesn't get much better. Gutted I have no pics, but it'll stay in the memory banks for a while!..
Pinched off Magic Seaweed, but it honestly doesn't do it justice..
